As our ecosystem expands, with more and more banks, acquirers, PSPs, and large retailers integrating with our platform, and volumes grow, we’re ready to take the next step in scaling our delivery organization.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Delivery Manager to help us scale the company to new heights. This is a key role in a fast-growing company reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

What you'll do as a Service Delivery Manager at Payconiq

  • Set up, continuously improve and manage our ITIL based service delivery management model in close collaboration with IT
  • Own the day-to-day operational relationship management with our 2 largest customers
  • Closely collaborate with IT (SRE team), Customer Support and Product Owners
  • Become a driving force of the business operations function within our company


In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments sector
  • Thorough understanding of the ITIL framework, Agile & Lean practices, and the demands of a 24*7*365 high availability/high-performance service and infrastructure
  • Hands-on expertise elaborating, documenting, and advocating end-to-end processes
  • Experience in working with financial institutions or processors is an asset
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Good English language skills are essential, Dutch would be considered an advantage
  • Strong collaborator, good balance of assertiveness and diplomacy, negotiation skills
