Customer Support - Flemish Speaking

In order to strengthen the team based in Amsterdam, we are looking for an experienced, flexible and positive minded, multilingual Flemish (and English) speaking Customer Support Representative who hopefully can speak a bit of Wallonian as well.


Your day to day

  • Answer questions and follow up on requests from Payconiq users, merchants and business partners per phone and e-mail
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information about our products and services
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
  • Maintain FAQs and troubleshooting documents
  • Work closely together with internal teams like Finance, Marketing and IT
  • Always take the extra mile to engage our customers

Requirements

What you need to nail this job

  • Have at least HBO diploma
  • Have experience in a customer service role, one in a technical environment is an asset but not required
  • Fluency in written and spoken Flemish or Walloon is essential
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Have system knowledge on Windows applications and are confident with new systems
  • Able to prioritise daily tasks without compromising key SLA’s or customer satisfaction
  • Self-driven and independent, able to manage your own time
  • Must be willing to travel to Belgium
